How to Daily Live Up to Your Higher Self In religious traditions and ancient wisdoms—from Christianity to Hinduism to Sufism—it is said that when you connect with the Divine, which we’re all a part of, you’re connecting to your higher self. This teaching shows you that by connecting with your Higher Self, you can discover who you are, what path you should be on, and where you’re meant to go. When you work with the Higher Self, you can explore…where your strengths lie and how to use them, There are many ways to connect with your Higher Self. Some people meditate, some pray, and some do energy work or creative visualization. There is no one “right” way to do it. The key is to find a method that works for you and to be consistent with it.
Here are a few suggestions: 1. Make time for stillness every day. This can be first thing in the morning, before bed, or anytime you can find a few minutes of peace. Sit quietly and breathe deeply. As you exhale, let go of any worries or stressors. Focus your attention on your breath and simply be. 2. Connect with nature. Spend time in nature and take in the beauty around you. This can be as simple as taking a walk in the park or sitting in your backyard. 3. Get in touch with your creative side. Whether you enjoy painting, writing, singing, or any other form of self-expression, allow yourself time to create. This is a great way to connect with your Higher Self and to access your inner wisdom.
